Conditions générales
Last updated 20 October 2026
Ces conditions sont publiées en anglais. Pour toute question, écrivez-nous à support@montigames.tech.
1. The agreement and the operator
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern everything Monti Games operates (together, the "Services"): this website, montigames.tech; our Facebook Instant Games — Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, FreeCell, TriPeaks, Sum & Sweep, Card Battle, Jack Sweep, Bridge, and Spades; and Belote Pro. The operator and contracting party is Monti Games, ABN 52 253 846 298 ("Monti Games", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact: support@montigames.tech.
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- Facebook games. Facebook's own terms (the Facebook Terms of Service and Meta's platform terms) also apply when you play inside Facebook. Each game also shows a short version of these Terms in its menu; they are consistent with these Terms, and these Terms prevail if they ever differ.
- Belote Pro has its own, more detailed Belote Pro Terms and Conditions, which cover its accounts, virtual coins, purchases, refunds and computer-controlled players. Section 9 summarises them; for Belote Pro, the Belote Pro Terms prevail where they are more specific.
Accepting these Terms is not consent to personalised advertising; that choice is handled separately where required. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees, refund rights, data-protection rights and access to courts or regulators.
2. Age
Our Facebook games are for players aged 13 or older, in line with Facebook's minimum age, or any higher age required where you live. Belote Pro is for adults aged 18 or older, whatever the local age threshold. By playing you confirm that you meet the age that applies. We may restrict or remove a profile when we learn that its player is under age.
3. Free games for entertainment — no real-money prizes
Our games are free-to-play card games for entertainment. None of them offers wagering with money, cash withdrawals, or any way to win money, merchandise or other prizes with real-world value. Scores, results, rankings and tournaments are for fun only.
Hint coins in Card Battle, Bridge, and Spades are a game mechanic: you receive them as a welcome gift or by choosing to watch a video, and spend them on hints. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, cashed out or exchanged for anything outside the game, and they have no value outside it. Belote Pro's virtual coins are described in section 9.
Success in our games, including against computer players, does not imply success at real-money gambling. Do not use the Services to arrange bets or payments with other people.
4. Playing our Facebook games
You play with your Facebook account; we do not run separate accounts for these games. You are responsible for keeping your Facebook account secure. Your saved games, settings and best scores are kept in Meta's player-data store, so they depend on Facebook's availability and are removed when you remove the game from your Facebook account.
Tournaments, sharing a result and challenging friends use Facebook's own features and dialogs. You choose what to share and where, and post it yourself; we never post on your behalf. Tournament rankings are shown by Facebook to the players in that tournament.
Single-player games (Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, FreeCell, and TriPeaks): every deal is played against the game, not against other people. Scores you post must be scores you earned in play.
Online games (Sum & Sweep, Card Battle, Jack Sweep, Bridge, and Spades): you play with other people, with friends, or with the computer. Computer players fill empty seats; they see only what a human player in that seat would see and never see your cards. Cards are shuffled and dealt by our server. If your connection drops, you can return to your seat while the match is still running. If you leave a match, a computer player takes your seat and the match counts as lost.
The rules shown in each game govern play. If you believe a result is wrong because of a fault, contact us with the game, the time and what happened; we may review records and correct a demonstrable error, but we do not promise a particular result or an uninterrupted session.
5. Fair play and conduct
Play fairly and respect the other players. You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients or other tools that play for you or give you an unfair advantage;
- collude with another player, lose deliberately, or manipulate matches, scores, tournaments or rankings;
- exploit faults, or post scores you did not earn in play;
- interfere with the Services or other players' accounts, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- harass, impersonate or abuse other players through the features the games offer.
Lawful security research that reports a fault to us is welcome, as long as access stays authorised. We may investigate and respond proportionately: removing results or scores, correcting hint balances, temporarily restricting a player ID, or blocking it from a game, depending on how serious the breach is and the evidence.
6. Advertising and rewards
Our free games are funded by advertisements. In the Facebook games, Meta Audience Network shows an interstitial at natural breaks (never during a hand), a banner along the bottom of the screen during play that does not cover the cards, and, in some games, optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch for extra hints or undos.
Rewarded videos are always optional. A reward is granted only when the advertising network reports a completed view, and daily limits apply where a game shows them. We cannot grant a reward for a video that did not complete, but you can report a missing reward to us for review.
Advertisements may lead to third-party services with their own terms. We do not guarantee an advertiser's claims; this does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us. How advertising uses data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Purchases
Our Facebook games sell nothing. If we add purchases to one of them, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before purchases become available.
Belote Pro offers optional virtual-coin purchases where its coin economy is available. Prices, delivery, refunds and EU/UK withdrawal rights are set out in sections 10 to 12 of the Belote Pro Terms and Conditions.
8. This website
montigames.tech provides information about Monti Games and our games. You may browse it and share links to it freely. Do not misuse it, try to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that harm the service.
Links on this site take you to Facebook, belotepro.com or app stores, each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
9. Belote Pro in brief
Belote Pro is our online Belote and Coinche game on belotepro.com, Android, iOS and Facebook. Its Belote Pro Terms and Conditions add, in summary:
- Accounts: play as a guest or link a sign-in method; one personal account, which you must not sell, share or transfer.
- Virtual coins ("gems"), where offered: obtained through purchases, the welcome grant, the daily bonus, rewarded videos, referrals and winnings at staked tables. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, gifted, sold or transferred, and are not offered at all on iOS or in locations we designate.
- Purchases and refunds: what you buy, how it is delivered, refunds for non-delivery or defective content, and the EU/UK right of withdrawal for website purchases.
- Computer-controlled players: practice bots marked "CPU" and Automated Players marked "AI", and how a table host can keep a table humans-only.
- Rules, disconnections, moderation of names and club tags, and account closure.
10. Licence and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own entertainment. The Monti Games name and logo, our games, software, artwork, text, music and design are owned by us or used under licence; the music in each game is credited in its menu. Product names and marks of others remain their owners' property.
You must not copy, distribute, commercially exploit or make unauthorised modifications to the Services. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only as far as the law allows.
11. Availability and changes
The Services are provided as they are and as available. They may have maintenance, errors, interruptions or changes, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every device is supported. Online matches need our game server and a connection; a match interrupted by an outage may not be resumed. You are responsible for your own internet and device costs.
We may change, add or withdraw features, games and rewards, and may suspend or withdraw a game, for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance, fair play or genuine product development. Facebook may also change or withdraw its platform under its own terms. We will give reasonable notice of materially adverse changes where practicable and required.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy and on each game's deletion page. We may restrict or block a player ID for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, cheating, under-age use, unlawful access or a legal requirement. We will act reasonably and proportionately and, where practicable, give reasons and a chance to respond; contact support@montigames.tech to ask for a review. Ending access does not remove rights you already have under the law.
13. Consumer rights and liability
We provide the Services with the care required by applicable law. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that every match will be error-free, that every player will behave well, or that the Services will meet every expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Australian consumers keep their guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, and consumers elsewhere keep the mandatory digital-content and other rights of the law that applies to them. Because the Services are for personal entertainment, we are not responsible for business losses or lost profits you associate with them, except where the law requires otherwise. You remain responsible under applicable law for loss you cause through unlawful conduct or a breach.
14. Complaints and governing law
Contact support@montigames.tech with a complaint or dispute (for Belote Pro, support@belotepro.com). We will review it in good faith and reply within a reasonable time. You do not have to use our complaint process before using a legal remedy available to you without it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to the mandatory protections of the law that applies to you. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction; consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in a competent local court. There is no mandatory arbitration and no waiver of collective proceedings.
15. Updates and general provisions
We may update these Terms for genuine changes to the Services, safety requirements or the law — for example when we release a new game. We will change the date at the top and give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and required. Changes do not take away rights you already have. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Services.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer this agreement as part of a genuine business transfer only in a way that does not reduce your mandatory rights. English is the primary language of these Terms; where a translation differs, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
